A flat $75 travel fee applies to most Long Island locations. We cover all of Nassau County and western Suffolk County — roughly up to Babylon and Brentwood. Contact us for eastern Suffolk locations.

Is there a travel fee for Long Island events?

Long Island events beyond the 15-mile zone from our Inwood base (most of Nassau and Suffolk counties) carry a flat $75 travel fee. Parts of western Nassau County closest to Queens may qualify for no travel fee — we confirm this on your quote.

What parts of Long Island do you serve?

We serve all of Nassau County and western Suffolk County regularly — Hempstead, Valley Stream, Elmont, Freeport, Long Beach, Garden City, Uniondale, Westbury, and Hicksville are common bookings. For eastern Suffolk, contact us and we'll assess the distance.

What types of Long Island events do you handle?

Backyard birthday parties are the most common — LI lots are larger than anything you'll find in the city, so we have room to really set up properly. Sweet 16s, graduation parties, and summer family reunions are also very popular with LI clients.
