📅 Booking

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates which fill up fast. For summer events and holidays, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal. We always try to accommodate last-minute requests — just fill out the form and we'll do our best.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit amount will be outlined in your custom quote. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

Cancellations made 21 or more days before the event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a deposit credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. We understand that plans change — reach out directly and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Absolutely. Filling out our booking form is 100% free and commitment-free. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote. You're not locked in until you approve the quote and pay the deposit.

💰 Pricing

Private event packages start at $500 (Basic Fun, 2 hrs). Corporate packages start at $649, school events at $700, block parties at $799, and community packages at $849. Every package includes: the gaming trailer, next-gen consoles (PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), multiple HD screens, top game titles, 1 Gaming Attendant, and unlimited concessions. Mid-tier and above packages also include a dedicated Event Host. Inclusions vary by package and event type — see all 15 packages for full details.

Yes! Every package has an additional hour rate ranging from +$175/hr to +$225/hr depending on your package. Private event packages range from +$125–$225/hr. Add extra hours when you submit your booking form and we'll confirm the rate in your quote.

Yes — a $75 holiday weekend surcharge applies to events booked on major holiday weekends. This covers the increased staffing, demand, and logistics costs that come with peak holiday dates. Holiday weekends include: Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas/New Year's Eve, and other federally recognized holiday weekends. The surcharge will be reflected in your custom quote. Regular weekends have no surcharge.

Yes — additional guests can be added to any package at $15 per person beyond your package's included guest count. This covers the extra concessions, supplies, and staffing time needed to keep the experience smooth for everyone. Per-person rates by package:

  • Basic Fun — up to 12 included · +$15/person after that
  • Party Essentials — up to 16 included · +$15/person after that
  • Ultimate Experience — up to 20 included · +$15/person after that
  • Elite Party — up to 25 included · +$15/person after that
  • Need For Speed — up to 30 included · +$15/person after that

Great question. The gaming trailer itself doesn't get bigger — but your event does. For larger packages, we bring in additional entertainment stations outside the trailer so no one is ever stuck waiting around. Depending on the package, that includes lawn games, a racing simulator station, and extra Nintendo Switch consoles set up alongside the truck to keep every guest engaged at the same time.

Higher-guest packages also require more supplies, additional staffing, and more prep on our end to ensure a seamless experience. The price reflects what it actually takes to run a quality event for that many people — not just the truck showing up.

The trailer has 3 TV screens, each supporting up to 4 players depending on the game — that's up to 12 players gaming simultaneously inside at any time. For parties larger than that, we expand the experience outside the truck with lawn games, Nintendo Switch stations, and a racing simulator so there's always something to play. Guests rotate in and out of the trailer while the outside stations stay active the whole time. Nobody is ever just standing around waiting.

We recommend multiplayer games to keep the rotation smooth — when everyone's playing together, the energy stays high and the wait feels nonexistent.

🎮 The Experience

We carry PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. Popular titles include Fortnite, Call of Duty, Minecraft, Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, FIFA, NBA 2K, and more. You can select your preferred games on the booking form — we'll do our best to accommodate.

The truck has 3 TV screens, each supporting up to 4 players depending on the game — that's up to 12 players actively gaming at the same time inside the trailer. We strongly recommend multiplayer games so that rotation stays smooth and every guest stays involved. When teams are competing together, the energy is nonstop and the wait feels instant.

📍 Logistics

The gaming trailer needs a standard parking space — similar to a large vehicle. A driveway, cul-de-sac, or street parking spot works perfectly. We'll confirm space requirements when we review your booking address.

Our trailer is self-powered — no generator or electrical hookup required from you. We arrive fully equipped and self-sufficient. Just point us to your location and we handle everything.

We serve all 5 NYC boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island) plus Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut. Travel fees may apply outside NYC — we'll include this in your custom quote.

Yes — we serve all five NYC boroughs. Whether you're in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Manhattan, or Staten Island, we'll bring the gaming trailer right to your location. We also serve Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut. Travel fees may apply for locations outside NYC proper — we'll include this in your custom quote.

Light rain is no problem — the trailer is enclosed and weatherproof. For heavy rain, we'll work with you on the best solution, which may include using the canopy add-on, rescheduling, or adjusting the setup location. We always communicate proactively about weather.

⚡ Day Of Event

We typically arrive 30–45 minutes before your event start time to set up completely. Everything is ready to go the moment your guests arrive. Your event time is your gaming time — not setup time.

Nothing. That's the point. We handle 100% of setup, operation, and breakdown. Our Gaming Attendant manages the consoles and player rotation. Our Event Host manages the overall flow. You just show up and enjoy the party.

Yes. Uplifted Gaming, LLC is fully licensed and insured. We can provide proof of insurance upon request, which is sometimes required for school events, corporate venues, and community organizations.

Yes! You can select preferred games directly on the booking form. We'll do our best to have everything loaded and ready. Our Gaming Attendant will also work with your guests to ensure everyone plays what they enjoy most.
