Is a deposit required to hold the date?

Most reputable gaming truck providers require a deposit of 25–50% to hold your date, with the balance due before or on the event day. At Uplifted Gaming, we take a deposit to confirm your booking and collect the balance 7 days before the event. The booking form is free and commitment-free — you only pay the deposit once you've reviewed and approved your quote.

What payment methods do gaming trucks accept?

Most accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card. Some charge a small processing fee (typically 2.9–3.5%) for credit card payments. At Uplifted Gaming, we accept all major payment methods with no card surcharge.

Are tips expected for the Gaming Attendant?

Tips are never required but always appreciated. Our Gaming Attendants work hard and genuinely invest in making your event great. If they did a good job, $20–$40 is a standard gratuity for a 2–3 hour event.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Most providers have a cancellation policy that varies by how far in advance you cancel. At Uplifted Gaming, cancellations made 21 or more days before the event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a deposit credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
